What's included

Each visit has a size limit (by bedrooms, bathrooms or square feet) and laundry is counted by weight. If you need more, you can book an extra service at member prices or move to a bigger plan.

Billing questions

When am I charged?: On the day you subscribe, then every month on the same date. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Yes. From your account, open “Manage billing” to switch plans, update your card or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current month is not refunded.
Do unused services roll over?: No. Your services reset on the first day of each month.
