Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, service address and city, preferred language.
• Bookings: services, dates, notes you add (for example access instructions) and the history of each visit.
• Payments: your subscription and its status. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form, VIP support and the chat assistant.
• Reviews: your rating, comment and any photos you upload.
• Job applicants: identity and work-authorization details and documents needed to verify eligibility to work.
• Technical data: pages visited and device information, only if you accept audience-measurement or advertising cookies.

2. Why we use it

• To provide the service: plan visits, assign team members, send you updates about your bookings and handle payment.
• To answer your questions and claims.
• To verify job applicants, as required to hire them.
• To improve the site and measure our advertising, with your consent.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the team member assigned to your visit (name, address, phone and notes) and with providers that work on our behalf:

• Supabase — database and account hosting.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Stripe — payments.
• Resend — sending emails.
• Google — the chat assistant (Gemini) and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
• Meta — the Meta Pixel, only with your consent to advertising cookies.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account and booking data while your account is open and for up to 3 years after it closes, unless the law requires longer (for example accounting records). Documents from applicants who are not hired are deleted within 6 months.

5. Security

Access to data is restricted by role: members see only their own data, team members see only the visits assigned to them, and identity documents are visible only to authorized administrators.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contactsparkless@sparkllex.com. You can change most account details yourself in your account settings, and your cookie choices at any time from the link in the footer.

7. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell members by email.
